Television Brewing's web shop is run by Nordisk Drama & Dokumentär AB with organization number 556703-4995. When ordering in the web shop, the customer enters into an agreement with Nordisk Drama & Dokumentär AB and approves the purchase terms in their entirety as they are designed below. To shop with us, the customer must be at least 18 years old.
For approved orders, the customer receives an e-mail that is valid as an order confirmation. If you as a customer have not received an order confirmation within 30 minutes of ordering, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you the confirmation.
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor and include Swedish VAT.
The webshop uses the Klarna Checkout service. This means that in collaboration with Klarna we offer the following payment options:
• Invoice payment
• Partial payment
• Payment by credit card
• Direct payment via bank
By providing information at the checkout, the customer accepts Klarna's terms for payments. Read the terms here.
Delivery and shipping
You choose delivery options in connection with the order on the checkout page. Depending on which option you choose, the shipping cost changes.
For orders before 3 pm, the goods are usually delivered within 1-3 weekdays. For some types of goods, the delivery time may be longer. We reserve the right to interfere with the postal service, which is beyond our control.
When the shipment has been submitted for shipping, the customer is informed via SMS and / or e-mail.
If the shipment is too large for the recipient's mailbox, the customer is notified via SMS or e-mail that it can be picked up from an agent.
If Television Brewing's web shop receives a shipment in return due to the customer giving an incorrect address or not picking up the shipment from a representative, the customer will be informed via email. Television Brewing then has the right to charge a new shipping cost.
Right of withdrawal and returns
The customer has the right to cancel the purchase for up to 14 days from receipt of the goods. The item that is sent back must be unused and in new condition.
When using the right of withdrawal, the customer must proceed as follows:
Inform Television Brewing by sending an email to email@example.com. Always state the full name and order number that you received in the order confirmation.
2. Via e-mail, the customer receives a confirmation of the canceled purchase. If the product has not been packaged, the case is now closed and the customer will receive the purchase price as soon as possible, but no later than within thirty days. In cases where the product has already been packaged, the product must be returned. The customer then receives a case number for the return handling and proceeds according to the instructions below.
3. The customer returns the product to Television Brewing at the address:
168 67 Bromma
The order number must always be attached to the shipment.
The customer is responsible for packaging the shipment well so that the product is in new condition when it arrives at Television Brewing.
The item must always be returned in undamaged original packaging.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the product has been used, substantially altered or otherwise modified.
In the event of a return purchase, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
4. When Televison Brewing has approved that the product is in substantially unchanged condition, the purchase price will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 days.
In the event of a defect in the delivered product, the customer must promptly notify this via e-mail at the address: firstname.lastname@example.org
Describe the error in as much detail as possible and state the full name and order number that you received in the order confirmation.

In the event of an approved complaint, we will send a new item as soon as possible.
Tailwide is of course responsible for all shipping costs in the event of complaints. Remember to save the receipt for returns in complaints.
In the event of any disputes, Television Brewing follows the General Complaints Board's recommendations.
Handling of personal data
We process all personal data that you provide in accordance with the EU Data Protection Regulation.
We reserve the right to make errors and adjustments in price and range as a result of changes in our suppliers.
